I am chetan....whenever i am applying for work,,,it says - '"You can't send a proposal since your Freelancer Application is not approved

 

why? please explain

  I have the same issue as well. Please peole per hour community help me. My application was rejected 3rd time but i really wanna work here. Hope you guys will help me. Looking forward :)
