I have been liaising with freelancer and want to take this forward.  Do I pay upfront.  When I accept it takes me to make payment, however I thought you make payment after you are happy with work.

  Hello April,

  You are correct. As per our terms and conditions, a buyer needs to pay a freelancer only after the project is completed. 

  Once you accept a proposal you are asked to deposit funds under Escrow - the funds will stay under escrow till you pay for the invoice. 

  If your freelancer requests for upfront payment kindly email at support@peopleperhour.com in order for us to take appropriate action.
