Can PPH explain in detail why payments are taking so long now?
Can you guys explain in detail exactly what security procedures have been added that are making payments take so much longer? I have been working on PPH for a very long time now and I put a significant amount of money through the platform, I think a proper explanation is deserved.
TIA.

Same problem facing. I got my payment from client 4 days ago and still the system is not allowing me to withdraw this. It was ok till few days ago but now it is getting complex without showing any proper reason in the same web page. If you guys are changing the rule, you need to inform simultaneously.

"clearing" is not a detailed explanation.
I want to know what process is suddenly required now?
Why wasn't this required before?
Also, if we now have to wait for the funds to becomes available, does this mean the week long wait for withdrawals is no longer happening? Or do we suffer both now?

Terrible behaviour from this platform, just another way of making money from the money we earn through the platform - as if the commission isn't enough. I 'withdrew' my payment on June 15th but they've used the new 'clearing' process that was brought in on the 17th anyway and now my money, minus the commission, is still being used by PPH to earn yet more from me before its eventually transferred into my account. Utterly ridiculous but not entirely unexpected. I will be speaking to my clients who I work with on this platform about the situation and will most likely take our relationship off the site.

I see this post is from 2 years ago, but the problem still seems to exist. Did anyone get an answer from PPH as to why their payment processing time is 14 days (14 working days) ? In this day an age of modern secure banking, this is an appalling abuse of other peoples money. Somewhere in their vast knowledgebase PPH states they are not a bank, yet they act like one with these massive payment delays.
PPH - Other plaftforms offer near instant payment when using Escrow as the funds are already secure & verified so it would appear to be a money making exercise on your part! And as for the exhorbitant fees, I suggest a little peep at what your competitors are doing, and doing well!
