Why has my card been charged more than I agreed to pay?

I paid a sum of what I thought was 95 pounds to PPP to pay for a job.

My bank now shows that they took 105.10p an amount of ten pounds and 5p 
more than I had posted my project payment offer at.

Why has more than I agreed been taken by PPP from my bank ?
