If delays are due to new security why do you still have to chase for payment?

It's clearly rubbish because I requested withdrawals before this was put in place and not received them still. I think they're trying to buy as much time as possible.

It is clearly rubbish. I'm more than half way through the 14 day "clearing period" and I have not been asked anything. If they were really making security checks to prevent money laundering they would want to confirm my bank account and my identity, possibly using a utility bill or a driving licence. I have a withdrawal request for funds that were paid in before the changes and were classed as available and it is not been approved despite passing the 2 working day mark. There is definitely something wrong. I would assume they either don't have the staff to handle it and are too tight to employ anyone else, or they don't have the money available, or they are deliberately making it difficult to withdraw money and they are hoping some people will give up and just leave it.

I had to contact their support team as even after the new criteria had been met they had still not released the funds.

They then released funds from a newer invoice which had not yet met their new rules but did not release the funds that have been there for weeks. It does not seem like there is any new security.
