Withdraw Problem

Hello,

I got some usd dollar from the buyer (After raising Invoice). It came to my account. But the withdrawal option is not open for me. It is showing that I can not withdraw my money. I have a Bank account as my withdrawal account approved by pph. How can I withdraw the money.

Help me. Thank you.
