Profile doesn't update porperly + question about application

Hello there!

I am new to PPH and I have had a few problems with my application.

It was refused yesterday because certain details of my profile needed improving. When I looked back on it, I noticed that all the "About me" section I had written in the first place was gone except for the first few words (which is of course why it wasn't considered good enough). I tried updating it but every time I save my profile, it doesn' change at all and I have to rewrite it every time only for it to disappear again. Plus of course if it doesn't show when my profile is being reviewed, it's going to be refused again... How can I fix this?

I've also had the same issue with my location that refuses to update when I save my profile.

One last question. When my application was refused for the first time, it also said that I needed to upload better pictures. Does this mean that the resolution is too low, or is it that my work isn't up to the PPH standards for my field? I'm worried not to be good enough now...
