Still no payment over 2 weeks later

Sorry for another one of these posts! But I've just had a disturbing conversation with one of the PPH team:

The more work and more earnings a Freelancer has, the more priority we will provide to her/his clearing times. How is that unethical?

The delay of your withdrawal is indeed problematic.

This is all they said then refused to talk to me further or address my complaint and disconnected.
Has anyone else been getting these kind of responses? I think it's rather unprofessional as we are simply requesting an update on our funds clearing?
I certainly won't be accepting any more work through PPH now if that's their attitude and given how much money is pending.
