Can not withdraw my earned funds

Hi 

I am new to PPH and I just started last month and completed 2 jobs. The usual 20% commission was charged for my first USD 350$ earned but now I can not withdraw the balance to my payoneer account. As shown in the screenshot it says available amount to withdraw is just USD 12! why is that? I hope I can get this sorted as this was my months work and it's a shame if I can't get this. Hope there is a way

  Hi Koshala,

  Before you are able to withdraw funds, we have to do a certain amount of checks for fraud prevention purposes. This is known as the clearing period. Clearing periods are needed for us to protect you and your money from fraudulent criminal activity. to meet new regulations. Please see our blog here that explains the reasons for this.

  Upon submitting your withdrawal request, this then needs to be processed by PPH. Typically this will occur within the next 48 business hours, and it's an important part of the withdrawal process in order to verify that all the required information has been provided, and the necessary security measures have been executed.
