    Hi Coleen, I can see that your ticket has appeared on our Customer Service system. We try to respond within 48hours Monday to Friday. The best way to contact support is by logging on and 'submitting a ticket' or emailing support@peopleperhour.com.

    Remember, if you are emailing support@peopleperhour, you must use the same email account as you do for your PeoplePerHour account so that you are identified as a user. Bakula and Marthalois, I have created tickets for you from your posts and you too should get a response soon.

    The problem is there are too many freelancers and they are not accepting any more, like the message says.  You need to wait three months.
