Edit Profile issue

Hello! I have some issues with the profile.
I want to change the information about myself (my job title and "about you")
But the changes aren't saved every time I am trying.
Please, help me to fix this issue.

  I also  am experiencing the same issue  and cant find the chat box  to talk to soem one to resolve the issue  can someone assist please ?
