withdrawal problem

"From £32.37 in your PPH User Account you can withdraw only -£0.01. The rest cannot be withdrawn but you can still use them for your transactions through PPH site."

i get this message when i enter 32.37 and click "Withdrawal request".

why can not i withdrawal?

  Did you get any solution? .. i am also facing same problem.when i trying to withdraw or convert currency .please help me if you get any solution
