I am a Seller and unfortunately, my Application was not accepted.

how can I resubmit it to get it approved?

I want to work as a freelancer.

  once my application has been approved but I am unable to bid on the project then I again send the application for approval, work per hour  replied few changes required name and place but I am unable to edit my name and place cuz website did not allow me
