withdrawal problem

From $58.27 in your PPH User Account you can withdraw only -$0.01. The rest cannot be withdrawn but you can still use them for your transactions through PPH site.

i get this message when i enter $58.27  and click "Withdrawal request or Convert Currency".

why can not i withdrawal?

please give me  a suggestion as soon as possible.

  Hi, it looks like the fund are currently in our clearing process which can take up to 14 days. Once the clearing process has been completed you will then be able to request withdrawal. You can read more about our clearing period here...
