Hi,

I've been notified that I need to provide my real name and location. However, although I have already provided my real name I can't change my location.

My location has been automatically set to London. And each time I change it to my real location and save the profile it changes back to London.

How do I change the location to my real location and save it permanently without it changing back to London?

  Hi Rohit,

  Locations are usually set via from IP address so this may be the problem you are having, if you're not physically in London are you perhaps using a VPN? Either way, I've raised a ticket for you on our customer service system so a member of the team can help you resolve the issue asap.
