Well, I would want to make some changes to the profile & I sadly can't find the way how to do it?

I can see that you have raised a ticket about the process Arjun and a member of the customer support team will respond to you as as soon as they are available. Please bear in mind that the team do not operate at the weekends so if you don't hear back today, you should get a response by the beginning of next week.
