Ann Designs not responding anymore?

I don't know why but the designer I sent all the information to has stopped responding altogether - even when I ask - "Please let me know if you don't want this work, I have deadlines to keep to?"

How does people by the hour monitor this and rectify? As a result I'm taking my business elsewhere.
