Automated emails are sent from no-reply
Email says
"Job cancelled or Job done and funds left over? Issue a Refund back to xx from the WorkStream"
There is no such capability. Help centre says if you need to issue a refund, discuss it with support.....

Hi Mark, thanks for your question and I'm so sorry to hear you're having some trouble getting in touch with the support team.
I've had a look and can see that your support ticket was submitted successfully and a member of the team will pick this up as soon as they are available.
When you say that there is no such capability for issuing a refund from the workstream, can you please provide some more details so we can look into this?

I got an email saying
"Job cancelled or Job done and funds left over? Issue a Refund back to xx from the WorkStream"
The job is #3344804 and has a small amount of the original deposit left which should be returned to the buyer
There are no options on this page to return the escrow deposit
