Unresponsive Freelancer
Hi, i contacted a Freelancer last Thursday based on the type of work he does. I described the project I have in mind and paid an initial 16 euros. He acknowledged this by saying “cheers for the payment” but I haven’t heard back from him since with his input, ideas or proposed new steps. I’ve chased him twice. What should I do and what are my options please.
