Profile Edits are not saving

I tried several times to edit my profile photo and location, despite the save success message, the changes are not applied. There is no changing the orientation on the profile photo either, I originally uploaded a photo but it was being saved by the system sideways.

  Hi Wing, thanks for your question! 

  You can change your profile picture in the Edit Profile section of your account.

   

  The reason why your profile picture may not have uploaded immediately is because it's waiting to be approved by the moderation team. This doesn't mean that it wasn't unsuccessful, it just means that it's still to be reviewed ☺️

   

  Please allow 24 hours for this change to be applied and ensure that the profile picture you're changing to is a picture of yourself and not a logo or cartoon. If you are registered under a company however, a company logo is acceptable.  

   

  In regards to location however, there isn't a way to change your location manually and you'll need to get in touch with the customer support team in order to get this corrected - sorry about that!
