Withdrawal Action is not Available in the Available Money

Hi. 

I want to withdraw my available money, but why when I clicked action, the "withdraw money" is can not be choosen? 

please see the picture.

  Thanks for your question.

   

  You're having trouble because there is a 14 day clearing time. 

   

  The latest any freelancer will have access to their funds is 18 days - 14 days clearing (including weekends) and 48hr withdrawal (working week days).

   

  If you find that you are waiting more than 18 days for funds, please get in touch by emailing support@peopleperhour.com and a member of the team will investigate further.
