Edit profile photo - doesn't change

I have tried several times to change my profile photo, each time it seems to upload (ie it shows as 100% and photo is visible on screen), it then states at the top 'profile updated'.  Then when you click on done and navigate to main pages, the photo has not changed?

Not a huge issue, I know, but would be good to be able to update this photo.

  Hi Jude, sorry to hear you're running into some trouble.

  The reason why your profile picture may not have uploaded immediately is because it's waiting to be approved by the moderation team. This doesn't mean that it wasn't unsuccessful, it just means that it's still to be reviewed ☺️

   

  Please allow 24 hours for this change to be applied and ensure that the profile picture you're changing to is a picture of yourself and not a logo or cartoon. If you are registered under a company however, a company logo is acceptable.  

   

  If you are still having trouble changing your profile picture please email support@peopleperhour.com and a member of the team should be able to look into this for you.
