Hi, 

I have an offer featured on People Per Hour. Today, I was surprised that my response time is few days even though I got one message and I responded one hour later. I don't know why my response time is few days. 

Please anyone here can help me. I'm new to PPH and still don't understand the platform very well.

  Hi Hichem, thanks for your question and welcome to the platform!

  The response time is displayed automatically by the system and refers to both workstreams and also how swiftly you respond to job invites. 

   

  This will update over time and your response time will also get shorter if you are consistently responding to buyer messages and accepting/ rejecting job invites.
