I would like to cancel the refund as the hired freelancer is willing to proceed with the job.

  Hi Polys, 

  I'm afraid you'd need to get in touch with the support team for this sort of request. This is because the workstream locks upon submission of a refund request and you're not able to go back and amend - sorry about that.
