    Hi Polys, 

    I'm afraid you'd need to get in touch with the support team for this sort of request. This is because the workstream locks upon submission of a refund request and you're not able to go back and amend - sorry about that. 

    In this case, to avoid any delays, I've created a ticket for you and a member of the team will be in touch as soon as they are available to help with your query.
