Endorsements not showing on my profile

I have asked for endorsements by past clients and I know at least one person has given me one, but it's not showing on my profile. Please advise?

  I can see that your ticket is on our customer service system, so someone will be getting back to you shortly. We try to respond within 48hours Monday to Friday. Please do let us know if no one has got back to you within this time.

  No they haven't. They have advised only PPH users can give endorsements which seems counterintuitive. I have asked previousclients and colleaguesto endorsements me and they are not PPH users, nor do I expect them to sign up simplyto endorse me. I'm awaiting a response from them.
