Why is the invoice amount and amount deducted from my CC different?

I paid an invoice to a developer for $xxx USD and the amount the PPH deducted much more than the invoiced amount. Is there a buyer fee I am unaware of???

  Hi Heath, thanks for your question. 

  Yes, that's correct, there is a buyer fee.

  You will be charged 10% + £0.60 of the amount you're paying in total or of the deposit. You can find more information about this in our T&C's here (Section 8.1).

  I had this same question. I think this fee is getting to be too expensive for me. I need to find a different platform to find freelancers. 10% is just too much! Especially if you have many needs PPH needs to consider offering discounts to buyers with ongoing projects. Happy with freelancers but not with PPH.
