rejection of my application

Dear PPH team, my application was approved half an hour ago, then I wanted to apply for a project and I suppose I did something incorrect because the process of reviewing my profile activated again. Would you please kindly evaluate my profile and tell me what is wrong with it and what information is needed in order to be accepted again?
