Unable to link my account with Payoneer
Hi There,
This is Saad. I am unable to link my Payoneer with my PPH account. Can somebody please help me ix this issue. I have an order in queue and we are unable to raise invoice. Please help me fix this problem.

Hi Saad, thanks for your question - apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
I can see a member of the support team has responded to your query earlier today, but to confirm, to link your Payoneer account to your PPH account, please ensure that the Payee name matches your profile name.
I'm afraid if there is a mismatch between these two accounts, then it will not link up.
