You won't have access to your money yet due to a 2 week clearing period that was brought in in May 2021. I can see that a member of the team responded to your support ticket this morning, but if you would like some more information about this, please check out our blog post about the process here.
For context, the latest any freelancer will have access to their funds is 18 days - 14 days clearing (including weekends) and 48hr withdrawal (working week days).If you find that you are waiting more than 18 days for funds, please get in touch by emailing support@peopleperhour.com and a member of the team will investigate further.Hope this helps and best wishes,The Community TeamComment actions
