New Messages On Dashboard Not Showing In Workstream

Hello, dear supporting team,

 

I got a new message from a buyer and after accepting my proposal I can't open his messages in the workstream. It's always showing that the page doesn't exist. 

 

Can you guys please help me? This is an ongoing order and it may affect my profile. I am attaching some images for better understanding.

  I am getting the same issue
  
  I have a client that has invited me directly and accept my proposal as well. But I am unable to open the thread as it says this page does not exist.

  I can see the client deposit request in the freelancer activity section even in the workstream but can't open the message box.

  Please, let me know the reason and the possible solution.
