Cannot submit per hour proposal

Hi,

I am trying to send a proposal for a Per Hour payment job.

It seems the site is asking for a Total Job Cost in the Per Hour box, but it says /hr.

Please tell me why?

  If the job has been posted as a per hour contract, the proposal will show the per hour price.
