Can't Raise Invoice

I finished the work and asked to raise invoice but it shows this message

It seems like you haven't filled in your Address, your Tax/Company details and your Withdrawal Account details. Please click here to fill them in and make sure that your Withdrawal account has been approved before you can create an Invoice.

I linked my payoneer account, add my address but I don't have any company and company registration number

Please help me to get paid for my work.
