    Hi Alistair, thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you're having some trouble! 

    Please try the following: 

    1. Delete all cookies, caches and history on your browser and try again
    2. Login your account from another browser 

    If the above does not work, then the next step would be to send the customer support team your ID and they will be able to reset the security question.
