My proposals don't seem to be read

Hello,

I've noticed that my proposals don't even get read by potential clients, and I'm starting to worry that there might be a problem with my account, which prevents clients from seeing any of my proposals at all.

Just in order to clarify, it's not just that I don't get replies to my proposals, but that they don't get seen (marked as "read") by anyone at all.

Could someone please look into it and let me know if there is something wrong with my account, or whether I need to do something else that I'm missing at the moment?
