Can't edit/update my profile details

Hi there,

I'm having trouble editing/updating my profile details. It lets me upload a new profile pic and update my bio. I click "done" and it looks like it's worked, but it doesn't actually change the profile details or the picture. I also need to update my location and this doesn't work either.

Please help!

  Hi Elliot, thanks for your question! 

  The reason why your profile picture and description may not have been uploaded immediately is because it's waiting to be approved by the moderation team. This doesn't mean that it wasn't unsuccessful, it just means that it's still to be reviewed ☺️

  Please allow 24 hours for this change to be applied and ensure that the profile picture you're changing to is a picture of yourself and not a logo or cartoon. If you are registered under a company however, a company logo is acceptable. 

  To change your location you'd need to get in touch with the support team! We've raised a ticket for you in this case.
