    Hi Irene,

We're afraid you're not able to invoice for the full £17, this is because the £2 you were charged is a buyer fee and is separate from the invoice. The buyer fee is 10% + £0.60 of the amount in total. You can find more information about this in our T&C's here (Section 8.1).

Hope this helps and for any further questions, please email support@peopleperhour.com, and a member of the team will be happy to help.

    Best wishes,

So if I understand correctly, you are charing a buyer a fee, then a freelancer another fee, and send the invoices to both that don’t include your fees? This is confusing.

No, you don't send invoices to both.  PPH take their commission at source.

Thank you for your response. Just to clarify, I don't send an invoice to the project author; PPH does that. However, it seems there's an additional fee that PPH adds to the invoice sent to the project author. My main concern is that the PPH fee isn't clearly indicated on my (freelancer) invoice. It appears as if I've received the full amount, and I want to make sure I understand the breakdown correctly. Can you shed some light on this aspect?
