site functionality
Good Day,
I have been reading some of the comments regarding the option to accept/reject offers and I have to agree. As good as the site is I do believe that some basics might add to the user-friendliness of the site. The site is not particularly intuitive in it functionality especially for new/ first time users.
The accept / reject option is a no brainer for me
The option / indication for someone who needs proofreading done, as an example needs to somehow tell both parties where and how to send and receive that work. A simple indicator saying that the work should be attached in the attachment section OR indicating that the work can be mailed to the proofreader should be made clear. Making assumptions that people will figure this out or make their own arrangements is not useful.

I completely agree! Adding an accept/reject option would make the site much more user-friendly, especially for first-time users. Clearer instructions on how to send and receive work, like specifying attachment options or email guidelines, would also help avoid confusion. Hopefully, these improvements can be considered in future updates!

The client shouldn't be sending the work to the freelancer's email - that breaches PPH terms and conditions. All newcomers should read the guides and be familiar with them.
You're making things difficult. Just read the brief, send a detailed proposal and work it out with the client later. He can either attach a document to the workstream, or send a link. Surely it's not that difficult. Where is the confusion? Just communicate on the workstream!
