Hello

I have money transferred in my Pph account 4 days ago but still i can't withdraw it .

  Hi Ahmed, 

  You are experiencing our payments process which is a 2 week clearing period. You can read more about this process here.

  After this time, you can then request a withdrawal of your money. You will then need to wait 2 working days for this to be processed by our payments team and once it has, it should reach your chosen payment account.
