Can't withdraw funds

I have submitted my ID documents which were approved long ago, yet, I am not able to withdraw my funds. Please fix this. I contacted the customer support, yet the issue is same. What you all need again?

  How do I get my account verified?

  Since all my identification documents have been approved.
