No jurisdiction in PPH about payment protection
One thing I can't understand about the justice system in PPH.
Buyer Claims:
Database deleted, I have proved, and even from the buyer's claims, I have proved that database is there.
Server Security ( Root Level Compromised) That was done on February 18 when I had no access ( Again proved the allegation is false)
Now Question should be asked to the buyer that each claim he brings in turned into a false claim, if he needs further clarification, he needs to come with the server and show it from his server, if he denies doing that what PPH and I can do that?
PPH should ask him to prove, otherwise if he denies then the case is done.
AS SIMPLE AS THAT
WHY PPH can't understand this simple jurisdiction, now PPH is asking about reverting the invoices which buyer claim without any proof, otherwise they will not allow me to withdraw my earnings.
Both the buyer and freelancer should get their payment protection from PPH, according to PPH rules
Please note: Once payment has been released by a buyer to the Freelancer, the funds are not retrievable since they are no longer in the safety of the escrow.
They are contradicting now what I am experiencing that I need to revert the invoices paid by the buyer after he gets the delivered work to fix my withdrawal issue.

Shadman ( I have a 4.8 average rating on 52 completed jobs on PPH with more than 34 buyers)
