Client's links are not working

Hi! I am a web designer. When clients send their website links, I try to visit the site but every time the links doesn't work. they are short links and totally unaccessable

  Hi there, thanks for your question. This sounds like it's an external link issue and not linked to PeoplePerHour. Please check with your clients about the links - we're sorry we can't be of much help here but hope this gets sorted soon.
