Increasing proposal amount

Hi how do I increase an accepted proposal amount? My client and I have agreed on a higher price for my work

  Hi Louise, thanks for your question! 

  If the proposal has been accepted, there is unfortunately no way to amend it. 

   

   

  What we suggest doing, in this case, is to clearly document the amended agreement in the workstream that's between yourself and your client. Then make it clear that both parties agree to the changes in price for the work.

   

  Then you can either ask your client for the deposit for the extra funds if you want to have the full amount in escrow or you can invoice directly for the agreed amount of work once completed.
