I cannot upload pictures for my freelancer post

Please let me know why I cannot upload picture for mt freelancer gigs. 
I tried from opera box and said, "Your IP address or email is Banned. Please contact for support"
However, I can access my account from chrome but cannot upload pictures for Gig.
Please explain this reason.
