The bank received less than the sent amount

I withdrawn 140$, PPH took an extra 30$ and sent me an email saying they sent an amount of 110$, and the Bank received 80$ only! so on top of the first 30 you took an extra 30! So what is the problem?

  Hi Saja, thanks for getting in touch. 

  It sounds like you were charged an international processing fee by your bank. This is because all international transfers go through at least 1 or 2 intermediary banks before they reach your bank account.
