    Hi Abdur, 

    Hi there, thanks for your message and apologies for the delay. 

    Please be aware that our Customer Support team was unavailable on Monday 27th December & Tuesday 28th December. They will be catching up today and will try to respond to any queries within 48 hours.

    Additionally, our payments team is taking a short break over the festive period and will be back online on the 4th of January, because of this any payments during this time will not be processed.
