Can't Withdraw Available Funds

Hello there,

I'm wondering why I am not able to withdraw my funds to my paypal?
I've been using this before and it works perfectly, this is just the first time I experienced something like this.

I checked my identification and it's all approved.
Please let us know what to do..

  Hi Israel, thanks for your message and apologies for the delay. 

  Our payments team took a short break over the festive period and was not available from the 24th December to the 3rd January. They are back online today (4th January) and will be processing payments as normal.
