"Promote my Offers to buyers directly" Does this mean my offer goes directly to only buyers and not to the PPH marketplace?

  It means that your offer will be included in the newsletter buyers receive in addition to it being featured on the marketplace.

  Okay so if I for example mark "Promote my Offers to buyers directly" and also mark "never re-feature my offer it means it will at least for free go to newsletters directly to buyers and still go to the PPH market, correct?
