Cover image - what is the size needed to upload please?

After uploading a few sizes as per online research on sizes, they either aren't accepted, do not fit or the pixels are poor. So ideally, I'd create this image on canva and upload to the exact requirements that fit it.  Please let me know, as my profile won't look professional until i sort this out.

  Thanks for getting in touch. Have you uploaded an image smaller than 1600x500 pixels? This is the minimum image size required.
