Funds not reflecting in my PPH User account

I have noticed a discrepancy and anomaly in my PPH User Account for the past month.
I have executed some projects for some of my clients, but when the client confirms receiving my deliverables and approve the payment in the escrow, the funds are not reflected in my user account. An example is shown in the attached screenshot. It only reflects the last project I executed for £13.88, whereas, I still have a loading payment of £81.40 which should be available for withdraw today 10th January, 2022 by 09:16am after the 14 day PPH hold.
I was surprised that at 09:16 am today, 10th January 2022, this payment doesn't add up to my PPH User account as this is not the first time it will happen. It has happened to my last three funds that have reached clearing maturity of 14 days after client confirmation
I don't know what's going on.
I would be grateful if this anomaly can be rectified. Please go through my screenshot images to better understand my situation on this matter.

Thanks for getting in touch, and sorry to hear you're having some trouble. We can see that you have been in touch with the customer support team about your query, they will respond with more information as soon as they are available. In the meantime, we hope we can help.
We can see that the amount of £81.40 that you're referring to has cleared and was withdrawn on the 30th of December. This may be due to the clearing time being shorter than 14 days, depending on your earnings between October and November. If you head to your payments page and select the funds in £ only, you should be able to see your available balance.
